How is the rate chosen?
The rate depends on the size of the bundle you buy. Up to 25,000 SMS costs TSh 14.00 per SMS. From 25,001 SMS the rate drops to TSh 13.00 per SMS, so a bundle of 30,000 SMS costs TSh 390,000.
